About The Event
This decision-based critical incident describes Bob’s dilemma of what to do about Ralph, an underperforming employee of Lumber Supply Inc., who had just egregiously broken company policy; but who was also his brother-in-law. Family business colleagues will discuss approaches to challenges such as these based on good leadership practice and real experiences.
Join Professor Tracy Couto, Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College as she guides this important discussion around the joys and challenges of the family – business intersection.
Tracy Couto is the Director of the Madden School of Business’ Savage-McGill Center for Reflective Leadership at Le Moyne College, where she creates connections with colleges and universities across the globe around the shared theme of values-based education. She is also the Director of the Global Jesuit Case Seriesand an adjunct professor with the Madden School in Management and Leadership. Tracy is also a former Director of NYFBC.
