8:30 – 9:45 - Jason Banuski – Managing the Millennial Generation. As millennials become the dominant generation in the workplace and the market, how do we respond as business leaders? An engaging session to better understand the generational movement and the values, skills, and motivations at the heart of this revolution. (Jason is President and Senior Human Resource Consultant of HR One, an upstate NY family-run business and premier human resource consulting firm.)
10:15-11:45 – AXA Advisors – Business Killers. Our panel of expert financial advisors from our conference sponsor will walk participants through this unique presentation designed by industry experts and business owners to self-assess areas of risk and examine some of the common mistakes business owners often make. An individual Risk Barometer will allow participants to assess their own company and potential risks. The panel will walk participants through a series of video vignettes and encourage conversation while referring to case studies and individual experiences.

Helen will share her company’s legacy and what family, community and commitment mean to the organization. Residing in Pittsburgh, she and her husband Steve share the love of theater and have produced eight Broadway shows.
