Keith’s presentation will focus on how business owners can monetize part or all of their company in a tax-efficient manner while maintaining control of their business and having an upside interest in future growth.
Keith has almost 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an extensive background in corporate finance. As founding partner of the Capital ESOP Group at UBS, Keith leverages the resources and intellectual capital of UBS to assist his clients and their families in creating personalized financial solutions. Keith is an active member in the ESOP community. His total participation in ESOP transactions has exceeded $2B in transaction value across sectors and industries. Additionally, he is a member of the finance committee for the ESOP Association, as well as the National Center for Employee Ownership. Colette is a Financial Advisor and Certified Exit Planning Analyst.
